NKE AOC in one sentence
It takes CMM results and corrects the CNC tool offset automatically. Every CMM result shows how far a part is from nominal. NKE AOC (Automatic Offset Compensation) turns that result into the tool offset for the next cycle – no calculating, no walking to the machine to key in numbers.

How it works: 7 steps
- CMM measures the part in the measuring room.
- Results go into a database – every value is stored.
- AOC maps the data – the central PC links each result to part, process, CNC machine and tool.
- Calculate, check, queue – actual vs. nominal, correction by your engineering rule, then tolerance, compensation limit and offset address are checked before every send. Values that pass wait in a queue.
- Wait for the CNC – no line stop: AOC waits for the ready point set in the NC program; until then the value stays queued.
- Write the tool offset straight into the CNC when it is ready.
- Read back and log – the value is read back to confirm it matches, and measurement, correction, time and result are recorded.

What you get
- No re-keying – AOC sends the value to the machine.
- Fewer errors – checked before sending, read back every time.
- One PC, many machines – manage offsets for every CNC from one place over an IP network (wired LAN or Wi-Fi).
- Traceable – a history of every measurement and correction.

Before you start
Support depends on the machine and control model; NKE checks this during the site survey. The system is configured and tested with your parts before use. Numbers in the pictures are examples, not customer data.
