Where in the line should we start?
At the bottleneck station, the one using the most people, or the one with the most scrap. We study cycle time and payback first.
Can one line handle several models?
Yes. Jigs and programs are designed for model changes and confirmed in a 3D simulation before building.
Is there support after installation?
Yes – maintenance, spare parts, operator training and upgrades by Thai engineers.
